Wow!! Basketball has begun! Olivia is currently playing on two teams...Cache Valley Elite and her regular Preston team. The Elite team has games in Ogden twice a week and practice in Logan once a week. In December she will try-out for the 8th grade school team. Shaylee is playing on her Wildcats team from Ogden. Currently they play games on Thursday nights, which works out great with our 4-day school week because many of the games are at 8 0r 9 o'clock! She is also playing on a local team, coached by Dave. They are playing in the Logan league right now and then in January they will play in the Preston league. Taite surprised us and wanted to sign-up for the rec league in Preston. His games will start in mid-December with Dave as coach. Of course all this ball means lots of gym time, when they aren't at the gym they are watching games on the TV...sometimes I think it is a little too much????
Also, through the winter months Shaylee will be playing volleyball for CVVC and then tournaments will start some time in the early spring.
Yes, we are a fmaily of gym rats!
