So I have discovered that even with all three kids in school all day I can stay busy. I have been busy freezing corn and beans, bottling applesauce and salsa, and quilting. In my spare time I am still working at the office about ten hours a week, tending my friend's baby one day a week, subbing when the school calls, and mentoring at the DI. Oh yeah, and I forgot to mention being full time mom. My days are full, but when I am home I quickly notice the silence that is in our home with all the kids in school all day.
You are busy! I have just picked the salsa garden and now I have committed myself to make it. Wish me luck:)
