The first cross country and soccer jitters should be out of the way.
Shaylee had her first cross country meet in Shelley yesterday. You could tell she was really nervous by the way she was acting the morning of the meet. When we arrived it was a blaxing 98 degrees with of course the slight Shelley breeze blowing through. In a field of 173 girls Shaylee placed 12th. I think we are off to a great season with her!
Olivia has finished the first two soccer games of the season. On Monday the team dominated Minico with a huge win of 17~0. Then today they played Marsh Valley at Marsh Valley and won again 5~1, and Olivia score her first goal of the season. It looks like the soccer team is off to a great start also, with their goal set at heading to state at the end of the season.
